My room (Executive One-Bedroom King Suite Sofa Bed) was spacious and equipped with all necessary amenities for a productive work trip. The business center provided essential resources that enhanced my efficiency. The on-site restaurant delivered a delightful dining experience, with outstanding menu options like freshly prepared Indian dishes.

The HVAC unit was notably loud when in use.

The hotel location impressed me. Very close to the Burrard Skytrain station, making it easy to get around. The vibe felt central and vibrant, with easy access to the waterfront and local attractions. My room was cozy, and I appreciated the elegant decor. The staff were friendly and accommodating, always ready to help. Enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning. it was a great way to start my day. However, my stay wasn't without hiccups. The fridge in my room didn’t work, which was frustrating since I had food I wanted to store. The balcony looked nice, but the furniture was covered in bird droppings, making it less appealing. I had high expectations and felt let down by the condition of some amenities. The deposit process seemed excessive for what was offered. A simple no would have sufficed, but the confusion was disappointing. Overall a decent stay, but some aspects definitely need attention.

I recently stayed in a beautifully decorated king suite that felt so cozy, especially with the stunning gas fire in the lounge. The hotel has chill spots to relax like the inviting lounge area and the nearby YWCA pool, which I wish I had used! The only thing that seemed off was the room's lack of natural light, but it didn't put a damper on my experience. 😊

The Indian restaurant attached to this place was an absolute delight, we had dinner there and yeah it was just fantastic!

It wasn't exactly a bargain but still felt reasonable for what we got.

This place suits me perfectly! I love the free wi-fi, comfy lounge area, and helpful 24-hour reception. On my first visit, the staff assisted me with a local taxi number, which I still remember fondly. I highly recommend trying the fantastic potato hash browns in the restaurant. I’m definitely coming back for my next trip!

We had a lovely stay! The staff was super friendly and made our little kids feel right at home. The room was clean and cozy, but it was a bit cramped. Coffee had to be picked up at the front desk, which was kinda annoying. The bar/lounge area was nice for relaxing after a long day.
